Different fields. Shared curiosity.
In one place you meet people who study health from different angles: in science, medicine, movement, psychology, and in building new services. Each brings their own experience and questions. You choose which ones to give your attention to.
Beyond Health Summit has no single instruction manual for life. We want to make room for conversation, for hands-on experience, and for what we do not yet know.
Who will speak in 2027
The first names are coming soon. We are building a programme that connects what we know about the body, the mind and longevity with how we live, work and build relationships. New speakers will be added gradually.
Speakers
How we choose speakers
We look for experience, serious work in the field, and the ability to explain complex things clearly. We make room for different approaches, as long as their authors can place them in context, show what they build on, and speak openly about the limits.
The result should be a programme that leaves you with new questions and concrete ideas. Without scare tactics, promises of miracles, or pressure to accept one correct view.
Where you will meet the speakers
Main Stage
Talks and conversations that place health, society and human life in a wider context.
Experience Stage
Hands-on formats that involve your body, your attention and your own experience.
Expert Stage
A more specialised look at particular topics. Where a block is created with a partner, the programme says so.
For partner blocks we always state who prepared them. Stage names are working titles. We will confirm the final set of zones together with the programme.
Find your topic
For every speaker you will find what they will talk about, when and where they appear, and in which language. Want to put the weekend together your own way?
View the programmeWant to be one of the speakers?
Do you work on a topic that belongs at the Summit? Tell us what you do, what question you want to open, and what people can take away from your talk. We would like to meet new voices from research and from practice.

Reset of the nervous system: Movement, breath and tension work
Radek Laci is a movement therapist who works with the body as a system controlled by the nervous system.
He perceives tension, shallow breathing, clenched jaw or stiff posture as concrete manifestations of the body functioning in survival mode. His work focuses not on symptoms or performance, but on the conditions in which the nervous system functions.
He combines principles of physiotherapy, developmental kinesiology and his own SMART MOVES method, but his approach is not technique-based. It is based on the ability to read the body and work with it at the points where reactions to stress, pressure and everyday stresses arise.
He focuses on regulation - the ability to reduce current tension - and then adaptation, the ability to remain stable in moments of pressure without having to defend oneself.
This principle was the basis for Movement Espresso, a short daily system of working with breath, jaw and tension to help the body return to a functional state.
His practice is based on his experience with people who function in high stress situations but whose bodies remain tight and overloaded for long periods of time. It is in the jaw area, he says, where physical stress often meets unexpressed emotional pressure, leading to gritting of teeth, gritting and mental fog.
His work is aimed at returning the body from survival mode to a state where there is no need to struggle, but where it is possible to function stably in challenging situations.
